TDTG series bucket elevators are used to lift vertically various of granular feedstock in grain and oil, food, feedstuff industry. They are the new generation elevators designed on the basis of overseas advanced techniques.
Brife Introduction
The bucket elevator is suitable for lifting from low to high. After the supplied materials are put into the hopper through the vibrating table, the machine automatically runs continuously and transports upward. The conveying speed can be adjusted according to the conveying capacity, and the lifting height can be selected on demand. The hopper is self-designed and manufactured. PP non-toxic hopper makes this type of bucket elevator more widely used. All sizes are designed and manufactured according to actual needs
Working principle
The hopper scoops up the materials from the storage below, and with the conveyor belt or chain lifting to the top, it turns down after bypassing the top wheel, and the bucket elevator dumps the materials into the receiving tank. The drive belt of bucket elevator with belt drive generally adopts rubber belt, which is installed on the lower or upper drive drum and the upper and lower change direction drum

The advantage of bucket elevator :
Bucket elevator is a conveying equipment for vertically lifting and transporting materials. It has the advantages of simple structure, low maintenance cost, high conveying efficiency, high lifting height, stable operation, wide application range and so on
(1) The driving power is small. The inflow feeding, induction unloading and large capacity hopper are densely arranged. There is almost no return and excavation during material lifting, so the invalid power is small.
